For Talent for People, the signing of the contract is not alone the criterion for a successful recruitment project. Rather, we see success being achieved when satisfaction has been reached – both in terms of the recruitment process and in terms of its outcome. As such, we make a point of collecting feedback from key individuals involved in the recruitment process – as well as following up according to request or requirement.
