Hiring the wrong employee is expensive. Talent for People offers to complement your company’s own recruitment process with the assessment of final candidates against the job and candidate profiles for the position.

An assessment includes: a personal profile test, a cognitive test, 2 hours of assessment interview with the candidate as well as 2-4 references depending on the organisational level of the position. The results are summarized in an executive summary and a reference document. A supplementary thorough briefing on the candidates – along with a discussion with you – ensures the selection of the most suitable candidate.
