Thorough job analysis

In order to find the right candidate for an executive post, we first make an assessment of the requirements and expectations which the candidates must satisfy. This requires an extensive analysis of the job in question. We also draw up a profile of the whole management group. This is done through interviews and, if necessary, tests and ensures that the new manager is not just well qualified for the position but will also fit into the workplace setting.
On behalf of potential candidates, we also collate extensive information packs relating to the company concerned.

Throughout the search process, we make use of targeted search in our network and via LinkedIn. The search process may be supplemented by advertising online.

A thorough screening process

The preliminary screening is followed up by an introductory interview. Typically, an intermediate round will follow where you meet qualified candidates. Candidates continuing in the process will carry out online personality tests, skill tests and an assessment interview.
References are drawn on final candidates – before the final meeting. At the final meeting, we usually apply cases.
