The preparation of the requirements profile is based on a thorough analysis of the relevant job specification. Where necessary, we reinforce this analysis via dialogue and sometimes will also carry out tests of key staff in the organization.
The search process itself includes search via LinkedIn, networking and advertising online.
The preliminary screening is followed up by an introductory interview. Typically, an intermediate round will follow where you meet qualified candidates. Candidates continuing in the process will carry out online personality tests, skill tests and an assessment interview.
References are drawn on final candidates – before the final meeting. At the final meeting, cases will be used in some instances.
